Renovation of an educational facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 7, 2022 THIS PROJECT WILL BE REBID. No definite date for the rebid. In general the work consists of Work to be in the south tower of this building in 18 toilet rooms located on nine floors (2 thru 10). Work to be within the perimeter walls of the existing toilet/shower room of approximately 836 s.f. per floor. Work to include demolition of all walls, floor and wall finishes, plumbing fixtures, plumbing piping, electrical and ductwork. The existing space to be reconfigured to provide ADA accessible shower and toilet facilities, hard tile floor and wall finishes, metal stud walls, replacement of cast iron plumbing risers with PVC, fire protection system, electrical and HVAC ventilation system to be reconfigured to meet new layout.
