Pre-bid Conference: None Scheduled All questions should be asked no later than seven (7) calendar days in advance of the bid. All questions must be in writing and submitted to purchasingoffice@ccgov.org. All inquiries, questions, etc. concerning the IFB shall be forwarded to Purchasing Office by e-mail PURCHASINGOFFICE@CCGOV.ORG or by mailing requests to the Cecil County, Maryland, 200 Chesapeake Blvd. Attn: Purchasing, Elkton, Maryland 21921. This is a service type contract under which Cecil County, Maryland is obligated during the term of the contract (July 1, 2022 or final execution of contract documents through June 30, 2023), with the option of extending the contract for two (2) years in one (1) year increments by mutual agreement without changes to existing conditions or specifications. Any change may result in the contract being re-bid. Cecil County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the date this documentation must be provided. The Bidder inability to provide this documentation could result in the bid being rejected.The County reserves the right to accept or reject the request for a price increase within fourteen (14) days. If the price increase is approved, the price will remain firm for twelve (12) months.The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.The Contract shall be awarded or rejected within 120 days from the date of opening bids.Cecil County, Maryland, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to procure no or any quantity of goods or services that are the subject of this IFB, as deemed in its best interest of the County by the Purchasing Agent.
