Specifications for materials are as follows: QUANTITY: 31,500 FT OF 500 MCM 15KV shielded single conductor cable. ***27 REELS OF 1000 FT EACH*** ***3 REELS OF 1500 FT EACH*** INSULATION: 220 mils Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) CONDUCTOR: Copper, soft or annealed, coated or uncoated, meeting the requirements of the latest edition of either ASTM B33, ASTM B189 or ASTM B3 (Unfilled) STRANDING: Copper; shall be compressed stranded in accordance to the latest edition of ASTM B496. NEUTRAL: 1/3 Copper concentric neutral shall be imbedded in the jacket JACKET: Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). METAL VALUES: Quotations should be built on a Copper value of $4.49/LB and Aluminum value of $1.40/LB. Firm and escalation quotations are allowed. Bids will be evaluated on price, market saturation, accessories available, customer recommendations, and customer service. The City of Anoka reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, to waive any informalities therein.
