Renovation of an educational facility in Bradenton, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Summary: Replacement of existing AHUs, VAV boxes, HVAC controls, ductwork, piping, insulation & equipment systems. Including duct cleaning of existing 30,000 SF CIT Building. Direct Material Purchase Orders: Owner reserves the right to direct purchase material of $5,000 or greater for tax savings purposes. Sales tax shall be included with bids, but the value identified for the Owner. Pre-qualification Requirements: All bidders with a bid of $25,000 or greater will be required to complete a pre-qualification application and meet requirements of contracting with Jon F. Swift Construction prior to submission of bid. Failure to fully complete and/or submit pre-qualification documents may be cause for rejection of bid.
