The project is generally described as: Furnish and install (2) 410a system retro-fit (new outdoor condensing unit and 410-a evaporator Coil in Indoor AHU) 16 ton AHU serves South Wyoming room 7.5 ton AHU serves Pioneer Room 1&2 New refrigeration piping both systems Fab and install rails on roof to move new equipment approximately 20 ft to West after roofing is installed. Remove and replace (4) Cook roof mounted exhaust fans, using existing roof curbs. Coordinate with roofing contractor who is replacing roof membrane on the removal and installation of the units.
