Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Greensburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
All work for the completed construction of the Project will be under one or more sub-contracts with the Construction Manager based on bids received and awarded. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents which are on file with the Owner. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. Contractors submitting bids for the performance of any Work as specified in this building Project should make such Bids to Poole Group, Inc. Contractors shall enter into a sub-contract with Poole Group, Inc. as the Construction Manager CMc for the Owner. Owner and the Construction Manager reserve the rights to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
