Renovation of a mixed-use development in Juneau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 141,384-square-foot detention facility.
The work for which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the County Jail & Courthouse Roof Replacement located at 216 W Center Street, Juneau, WI 53039 respectively. The bid will include the removal and replacement of approximately 141,384 SF of roofing (36,427 SF = Courthouse, 104,957 SF = Jail). No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or a cashiers check equal 10 percent of the bid payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond(s) within the time specified by the Owner. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the schedule opening of the bids without the written consent of the Owner or Architect. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids.
