The City of West Jordan is seeking bids for all required services that will ensure that the City facility's overhead doors are maintained appropriately to meet all the State and Federal guidelines.The City of West Jordan (City) seeks bids from a qualified Vendor (Contractor) experienced in the maintenance, repair, replacement, modernization, and warranty of repairs for overhead doors at City facilities located throughout the West Jordan area. Services included under this Contract shall include but not be limited to preventative maintenance, general maintenance, repair or replacement of a like item or item of similar purpose, and like-and-kind replacement. No services will be performed under this contract that impacts the structure or requires architectural or mechanical engineering, drawings, or plans.City and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RFP, to negotiate with any or all qualified proposers or to cancel this RFP in part or in its entirety, if it is in the best interest of the City to do so. The Contract will be utilized by all City departments. The City reserves the right to add or remove City departments, locations, and service frequencies at the City's discretion. Questions Deadline: February 10, 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. The successful Bidder will be issued a contract for a period of one (1) year with four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options upon mutual agreement.
