UNF is seeking one or more qualified, state-licensed, Certified Plumbing Contractors to provide various plumbing services, and parts and materials for UNF properties, on an as needed basis. The University of North Florida Board of Trustees (UNF or University) is issuing a competitive solicitation for Plumbing Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to enable UNF to enter into a contract with one or more qualified state licensed Certified Plumbing Contractors. The scope of services includes but is not limited to service, inspection, maintenance and repair, installation, renovation, remodeling, and parts and materials, on an as needed basis, for projects with budgets of $200,000 or less. The term of the agreement will begin upon execution and will terminate on June 30, 2027. One (1) option to renew for an additional five (5) year period based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties may be available; renewal is not automatic.
