General Scope of Work: Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide Project No. 1210220 Statewide Roof Replacements, (which includes but not limited to: Remove the existing roofing, substrate and flashing to existing deck, and install new roof on two (2) buildings and install new gutters on Headquarters building) at Martin Dies Jr. State Park in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. Construction Estimate $119,000 to $145,000 Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within two hundred forty (240) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the work, including submission of all submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1. Following the on-line video conference, the PowerPoint presentation will be posted to the Electronic State Business Daily.
