A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of North Richland Hills Facilities and Construction Department is soliciting sealed bid responses from contractors relating The deadline for questions has been extended until 12:00 PM (CST) Wednesday February 23, 2022. The City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to award bids whole or in part when deemed to be in the best interest of the City. In the event the total contract amount exceeds $100,000, the Contractor shall be required to execute a performance bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the total contract price; if the total contract amount exceeds $50,000 the contractor shall be required to execute a payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the total contact price, The City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City of North Richland Hills. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. The contractor shall walk the site with the NRH Project Manager to insure that the project expectations are completely understood. This must be accomplished before the work starts. 2. The contractor shall contact a professional service to locate and mark all underground utilities. This must be accomplished before work the starts. 3. The contractor shall provide the NRH Project Manager with submittals offence style, material, powder coated color, and protective coating. The submittals must be approved before the work starts. 4. The contractor shall provide the NRH Project Manager with submittals of gate style and track guides. The submittals must be approved before the work starts. 5. The contractor shall provide the NRH Project Manager with an accurate schedule and completion date of the project. This is required before work starts. 6. The contractor shall provide the NRH Project Manager with a copy ofthe Performance Bond and Certificate of Liability Insurance. This is required before work starts.
