The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from Contractors licensed to work in the jurisdiction for the project listed below. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully remove the existing roofs on thirteen buildings (13) within the park and install new architectural shingle roof system as per the contract documents. Builder's Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre- qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
