The intent of this bid is to establish an annual requirements contract for electrical supplies based on the most current version of tra-ser sx electrical web-based software system from trade service company. O o o o the county reserves the right to award future contracts/purchase orders to the next low bidder in the event of default or cancellation of a previously awarded contract/purchase order. The bidders reply is to remain in effect for 90 days after the bid opening date. Bidders are cautioned that the discounts offered are not subject to change during the term of the contract. If you anticipate any changes in your discounts from any manufacturer during the term of the contract, you should allow for that change in the discount offered. Include all shipping charges in your unit pricing and/or discount. Inside delivery is required unless specified. O the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year and may be extended up to four (4) times, for individual terms not to exceed one year, by mutual agreement between the contractor and suffolk county. The original contract period, plus extensions, shall not exceed five (5) years total. O suffolk county reserves the right to award this bid to single or multiple vendors, in whole or in part, by item, by class, by category, or to establish primary and secondary contracts. O bids submitted which include conditions, exceptions or qualifications, shall be deemed non-responsive and may be removed from the bid award process.
