Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers in exterior painting. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule and cost. Location of Work, Animal Control Facility physical address: 58 Nancy's Place Frisco, CO 80443. Old County Courthouse Facility physical address: 208 East Lincoln Ave. Breckenridge, CO 80424. Facilities Shop and Storage Facility physical address: 106 North Ridge Ave. Breckenridge, CO 80424. Submit questions regarding the proposals to wayne.byrne@summitcountyco.gov. The pre-bid meetings for this project is posted on the Summit County website. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest.
