To demolish 6 existing steam to steam humidifier and replace with 6 new electric humidifiers. Work includes but not limited to: - Contractor is responsible to isolate equipment and piping to be modified, in order to perform the modifications.All demolition shown on drawings. - All domestic water modifications shown on drawings. - All drainage modifications shown on drawings.All steam piping changes shown on drawings. Including the removal of insulation requiring abatement. Refer to abatement specifications and Designated Substance Report included in these documents. - All electrical modifications shown on drawings. - Supply, deliver, install and commission new humidifiers. Refer to drawings and detail as well as specifications for more information.Supply, deliver, install and commission new steam distributors. Refer to drawings and detail as well as specifications for more information. - Modifications to existing Air Handling Units for the installation of the new steam distributors. - Supply and installation of heavy-duty access doors on Air Handling Units as shown on drawings.Supports and structural steel components required to support the pipework, the fittings, and the equipment. - Cleaning and flushing of pipe. - All tests. - Update the facility's existing legionella bacteria control management program.
