Site work for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades to the park amenities including but not limited to the outdoor pool, pool change room building, and improvements to the park landscape including but not limited to a new splash pad, a new playground, and trail and pathway. The new outdoor pool and splash pad must meet Toronto Green Standards and Toronto Water's storm water management requirements complete with the necessary reports required to secure approvals. Scope also includes renovation of the accessibility upgrades. TIMELINE: Designs are complete. Tender may be issued by late 2024 / early 2025. Construction is expected to begin fall 2025. Park reopens - spring 2026. Outdoor pool reopens - summer 2027. *All timelines are subject to change.
