Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all of the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to excavate 14,550 CY of material, remove 2,850 LF of curb & gutter and 800 SY of concrete, and install 6,750 LF of 8" water main pipe, 2,550 LF of 12" water main pipe, 3,100 LF of water service boring, 25 hydrants, 2,850 LF of curb and gutter, 550 SY of concrete sidewalk, 6,250 CY of uncrushed aggregate base, 5,750 CY of crushed aggregate, 4,950 tons of asphalt, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Saturn Ave between Broadway and Grandview Dr, side streets including portions or all of the following: Mountain View Ln, Colorado Ave, Scorpius Dr, Casseopeia St, Beverly Rd, Crestmont Ave, Glen Arbor St, Claire View Ln, Antares Dr.
