University Health is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Design/Build Firms pursuant to Subchapter G, Section 2269.301 et. seq. of the Texas Government Code to perform the Scope of Services described in paragraph 3 below (Scope of Services) Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection process for Design-Build services to plan, design and construct a state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment facility for women temporarily reference as the Women's Breast Center located at 8403 Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas 78229. The Design/Build Firm must be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or other legal entity or team that includes an architect/engineer and a construction contractor
