CLARIFICATION DEADLINE: 6/2/2022 5:00 PM Scope of work generally includes demolition of existing breasting structures and walkways; and installation of new breasting structures, fenders, walkways, mooring structure, quick release hooks, loading platform support piles, and sheet pile toe wall. Improvements include gangway platform and tower, dockhouse, electrical and site paving. This is a lump sum contract. Site meeting location will be provided to pre-registered attendees. One (1) original signed Bid Form and one (1) copy must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Oil Dock 1 Structural Repairs and Upgrades. Instructions for accessing virtual bid opening will be posted on PCCA procurement website. Bids may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. Bids submitted by express mail service must be in a sealed envelope inside the express mail packaging. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
