Renovation of an educational facility in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 237,091-square-foot educational facility.

Project no-332021, 21139 There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting held via ZOOM Meeting. Details of the meeting can be found on our website along with the plans and specifications. Replacement of seven (7) existing multi-zone air handlers (AH2, AH8, AH12, AH14, AH15, AH21 and AH22) with new variable refrigerant flow heat pump type air handlers. Units to be installed on existing curbs. This work includes modification to condensates, gas lines, electrical, and upgrades to DDC control system
