Construction of a Pedestrian Trail along Fondren Diversion Channel (HCFCD Unit No. D1400-00-00) from West Bellfort Avenue to Willowbend Boulevard, Precinct 1 TDLRTABS2022001299 UPIN NO. 18101MF0W301 COH WBS No.: N-HC0100-0018-7 Job 22/0001 The Work will be completed and ready for Final Payment in accordance with paragraph 6.5 of the General Conditions within 90 calendar days The County requires Vendors to make a good faith effort to meet or exceed a 22% goal for participation by M/WBEs on this project The Trail along Fondren Diversion Channel (HCFCD Unit No. D140-00-00) project will construct approximately 4,010 linear feet of trail from West Bellfort Avenue to Willowbend Boulevard in southwest Houston, Harris County. The trail will connect an existing trail ending at Willowbend Boulevard and continue the trail south to W. Bellfort Ave. with a new 10-foot wide concrete shared-use path. The trail improvements to be performed shall include but are not limited to the following: 1. Clearing and excavation for new concrete trail along Fondren Diversion Channel. 2. Removal of existing backslope intercepts. 3. Removal of existing ramps and sections of existing sidewalk. 4. Construction of approximately 4,010 linear feet of a 10-foot wide concrete shareduse path, including new backslope intercepts (8) and new swale. 5. Construction of sidewalk connections and ramps. 6. Installation of street crossing signage and pavement markings. 7. Provision of storm water pollution prevention measures during construction. 8.
