The Public Works and Engineering Building will be accessible for bidders who wish to attend the opening of bids, respecting the health measures imposed by the government, in particular the presentation of their vaccination passport, the wearing of a mask is compulsory at all times. and maintain a distance of 1 meter. This call for tenders does not constitute an offer to contract with any of the tenderers and the City, having no obligation towards the tenderers, undertakes to accept neither the lowest of the tenders, nor any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the bidders. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 5% is required.
