Site work for a mixed-use development in Dunster, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work is within Mt Robson Provincial Park and consists generally of the paving, shouldering and marking of approximately 9,500 square meters of parking areas and associated roadways, accesses and aprons, approximately 700 square meters of pathways and 1200 square meters of associated shouldering. 1. All pavement shall be constructed to a depth of 50mm (2.0"). 2. Pavement shall be Hot-Mix Asphalt Concrete Paving produced and constructed in accordance with MMCD Platinum Edition Specifications Section 32 12 16. 3. Payment will be on a square-metre basis to the designated dimension specified on the drawings or herein. The Contractor may be required to provide proof that sufficient tonnage was delivered to and applied on the site to meet the designated dimensions. 4. The paving mix shall meet the following: a. Pavement mix for Roadways and Parking areas shall meet the requirements for Upper Course #1. b. Pavement mix for Pathways shall meet the requirements for Upper Course #2. 5. The Contractor shall submit mix designs performed by a qualified laboratory, to the Project Manager. All shouldering gravel, and any make-up base gravels required, shall meet the requirements of MMCD Platinum Edition Specifications Section 31.05.17 for 19mm (3/4") crushed Granular Base 2.10.
