Renovation of a municipal facility in Hampton, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 11, 2022, project received no bids. The replacement of an existing central station air handling unit HVAC System serving the HRBT Administration Office Building. The new system will include, but is not limited to the removal of the existing AHU, circulator pump and evaporative cooler and installation of new outdoor condensing unit and related mechanical connections, controls and accessories. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required to accompany this bid. When required bid shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
