The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford d/b/a Charter Oak Communities is requesting proposals from experienced Electrical Contractors to provide Electrical Contractor Services under RFP No. 22-0007. Before submitting a response, the respondent shall examine the entire RFP. The submission of a response will be construed as evidence that such an examination has been made. All procurement decisions shall be at the sole discretion of Charter Oak Communities. Charter Oak Communities is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Prior to being awarded a contract for security services, the respondent shall provide COC with an acceptable Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employment Plan that documents all necessary and required steps to assure equal opportunity under the law and applicable regulations.
