As of July 27, 2022, construction is underway. The project is located north of Spring Creek Oaks Drive and south of Spring Cypress Road along the maintenance berms of the Harris County Flood Control District K131-00-00 and K131-03-00 channels within the vicinity of Bilma Public Utility District. The project consists of approximately 35,392 square feet of 6-inch (6") thick concrete sidewalks, six (6) ADA compliant wheelchair ramps, and the removal of the 35,392 square feet of existing asphalt sidewalks. The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bonds payable to the Owner.
