CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE $135,000-$150,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A Diversity Participation goal of 10% Combined MBE, WBE, DBE, Veteran Owned Business and 3% SDVE has been established for this contract. The Contractor shall have as a goal, subcontracting with Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) of ten percent (10%), with Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVE) of three percent (3%); and with Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), and/or Veteran Owned Business of ten percent (10%) of awarded contract price for work to be performed. Substantial Completion - May 20, 2022 ;Punchlist Completion - Punchlist items for this project shall be completed within 14-calendar days following Substantial Completion, in lieu of the traditional 30-calendar days. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of renovation of approximately 365 square feet of the existing Radiology Suite 2E-43 to install new Fluoroscopy Imaging equipment and associated finishes. (2) Selective demolition shall consist of minor building modifications to accommodate the renovation layout including, but not limited to core drilling through concrete floors, concrete walls, partial removal and replacement of concrete floors. Additional selective demolition includes the removal of minor structural steel as required for the renovation. Minor roof demolition is anticipated for new rooftop equipment as shown in the Mechanical drawings. (3) Architectural work shall consist of replacement, patching and repairs of floors, walls and ceilings as a result of the selective demolition described above. The soffits will be constructed of metal stud framing and gypsum board sheathing. Additionally, the architectural work will include installation of interior flooring patches: sheet vinyl flooring. Ceilings shall consist of suspended gypsum board panel ceilings as well as gypsum soffits. (4) Structural work shall consist of miscellaneous structural steel components to reinforce the existing structure to accommodate the Siemens rail system as well as the future Owner-Provided Patient Lift. (5) Mechanical work shall consist of additional ductwork connected to existing mains as well as the installation of new grilles and diffusers within the modular ceiling. (6) Electrical work shall consist of power, lighting, fire alarm and low voltage modifications to accommodate renovations for the new Fluoroscopy Room. (7) There is no Plumbing work anticipated with the project Scope. Fire Protection modifications will be as required to accommodate the new Fluoroscopy layout.
