Renovation of a municipal facility in Clayton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Clayton requests lump sum bids from qualified contractors to construct the project in accordance with Attachments 1 through 3. The project is located at the Carolina Overlook Subdivision, primarily on parcel number 05H02009, between Covered Bridge Rd. and N O'Neil St. The project will include installing all underground power utilities for the subdivision Contract time is 60 days with liquidated damages of $500 per day. All emailed questions must be received by 12:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, February 18 at 12:00 PM. The Town will not receive any further questions after this time. Responses to questions will be emailed and issued in the form of an addendum and issued by 5:00 PM., Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 (if needed) on the NC IPS Website.
