Furnish all labour, materials, tools and equipment necessary to clear the site of vegetation that is around and in contact with the structure; repair or replace in-kind wall and roof framing members, including rafter tails; repair or replace in-kind old growth redwood exterior vertical board siding and paint to match existing; repairs doors and windows; repair or replace in-kind the corrugated metal roof panels; repair damaged wood at interior stable stalls; re-level and infill where necessary the interior gravel floor with matching material; provide a French drain at foundation perimeter and connect to drain outlets and drain fields. All work performed shall be in compliance with the latest adopted edition of the California Building Code, including the Historical Building Code; and shall follow the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. The designated treatment under these Standards will be that of Preservation at ANDREW MOLERA STATE PARK located in Monterey County, California, complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to bid opening date. License required: B General Building Contractor Engineer's Estimate: $275,000 Historic Treatment Contractor Qualifications: Refer to Section 013591 - Historic Treatment Procedures - Contractor has a minimum of ten (10) years experience and has completed a minimum of three (3) recent projects with a record of successful in-service performance that demonstrate the firm's qualifications to perform this work. The bidder agrees to complete all work within THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (365) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work.
