OFFICIAL NOTICE # 57953 INVITATION FOR BID FURNACE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR HABITABLE & IMPROVED NEIGHBORHOOD PROPERTIES THE DEPARTMENT OF CITY DEVELOPMENT, OF THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE, will receive bids for the Furnace Maintenance Services on habitable and improved neighborhood properties owned by either the City of Milwaukee, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee, or the Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation until 11:00 a.m. on February 23, 2022. All bids must be received via e-mail by 11:00 a.m., February 23, 2022, in order to be considered. Bids received after the date and the time specified above will not be opened and read and will be deemed rejected. Copies of the Bid may be obtained free of charge via the Internet at: https://city.milwaukee.gov/DCD/RFPs All bids are to be submitted via e-mail to DCDPurchasing@milwaukee.gov Hard copies of bids should not be submitted in person Please e-mail Scott Stange with any questions regarding this bid: sstang@milwaukee.gov.
