Site work for a water / sewer project in Marietta, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of: Construction of an 8" PVC Waterline with 190' of Steel Casing for a 12" Railroad Bore with 8" Polypipe Carrier along with other miscellaneous appurtenances. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of Proposal, as guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and furnish the acceptable Performance Bond, Labor & Maintenance Bond, Owner's Protective Liability Policy, and Certificates of Insurance within fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract. The time allowed for completion of this project is 20 working days. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project within the allotted time or authorized extensions thereof, shall be $350.00 per working day. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, for the benefit of the Owner.
