As of January 4, 2023, this solicitation has been canceled and is no longer being sought. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: NOTICE OF RFP FOR DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR STANDARD CONCRETE TANK DETAILS: The Tioga County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD), in partnership with the Natural Resource Conservation Service, New York (NRCS-NY), is requesting proposals for the Engineering and Design services of NRCS-NY Standard Designs and Drawings for frequently used structures and structural features of Agricultural Waste Storage Facilities. The work consists of following the existing Natural Resource Conservation Services Title 210 - National Engineer Manual (NEM), NRCS-NY Conservation Practice Standard Waste Storage Facility Code 313 (CPS 313), respective NRCS guidance documents and accepted industry practices to produce Standard Designs and Drawings for concrete agricultural waste storage facilities. 1) Questions for the RFP will be taken until February 25, 2022. Responses will be issued on March 11, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
