The Contractor agrees to provide, to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), Imperial Wildlife Area (IWA) regularly scheduled semi-annual maintenance and on-call service requests for ten (10) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units and one (1) HVAC Wall unit at the CDFW IWA facility. All labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of HVAC units at the IWA facility will occur in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. However, for those firms voluntarily utilizing DVBE subcontractors, there will be an incentive applied to the level of DVBE participation identified in the bid response not to exceed five percent (5%). Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Incentive A Small Business Preference of five percent (5%) will be granted in accordance 1896 et seq., Title 2, California Code of Regulations (CCR). To claim the Small Business Preference, your firm must have its principal place of business located in California, an approved small business certification form, and proof of annual receipts on file with the Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Services (DGS-OSDS). The contract term will be from July 01, 2022 or upon California Department of Fish and Wildlife approval date, whichever is later, through June 30, 2025..
