NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York, The Town Board reserves the unrestricted right to accept or reject any and all bids or to waive informalities therein. Women and minority owned businesses are encouraged to participate in this bid. Generator must be Generac 100KW oversized to provide 340 FLA output. Generator must have 250gallon Diesel Fuel tank. Tier 4 Emissions must be supplied to meet EPA regulations. Sound rating of Generator Enclosure must be Level 3. Transfer Switch must be a 400amp 3 phase 4 wire. Generator and Transfer switch must be mounted at Generator location. Both will be located at Southeast end of the Administration Building on Zukor Road side. Generator Pad must be 30' off building corner in grass area. Pad must be 12' x 6' x 12" deep concrete with angled 45-degree edges. Twelve-inch bed of stone is required. All Excavation, Backfill, Sidewalk Replacement or repair pinned to existing sidewalk to match existing, Restoration of all grass and plantings to towns satisfaction
