The work covered by this contract is aimed in summary at the partial interior redevelopment of the 3rd floor of the Joseph-Angers pavilion, ATM, for the IMM department, at Cégep Jonquière (demolition, asbestos removal, construction, finishing, etc.). The work period will take place from the end of the courses around May 23, 2022 and must be completed by July 15, 2022. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of 10% of the total value of the tender, made out to the owner Cégep de Jonquière or a tender bond, from a company holding a license insurer in Canada, established at the same amount, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services.
