The County of Stettler No. 6 invites quotes for the price per litre for the 2022 Supply and Application of Calcium Chloride Brine; meeting or exceeding the following specifications: Calcium Chloride: 32% (volumes will be based on demand) For reference purposes only, the approximate following quantities of calcium chloride brine were purchased by the County in previous years: 2016 - 237,000 litres 2017 - 242,000 litres 2018 - 231,022 litres 2019 - 182,182 litres 2020 - 115,200 litres 2021 - 342,000 litres 2022 - 250,000 litres (estimate only) Quotes must be received in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: The County of Stettler No. 6 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The County reserves the right to accept a quote other than the lowest quote without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its quote, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the County to award the work to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the County deems appropriate
