The works are largely located on private land, near avenue d'Argenteuil. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Organization. To be considered, the tender must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline set for the receipt of tenders. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee for an amount at least equal to ten percent (10%) of the value of the tender, issued by an institution holding an insurer's license in Canada and recognized by the Financial Markets Authority. The tender must also be accompanied by a letter of intent to issue a performance bond and a bond for labour, materials and services, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the bid, issued by an institution holding an insurer's license in Canada and recognized by the Autorit des march s financiers.
