**As of March 10,2022, this project has been awarded to Herr Signal & Lighting Co., Inc. and the awarded amount is $51,586.25.** Requests for clarification are due Wednesday, February 16, 2022 4:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The Project generally consists of replacement of a traffic signal pole and signal heads. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at no cost on PennBid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
