Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Proposals has been developed specifically for site improvements and may not be the same as previous requests for proposals intended for this type of service. Therefore, all Vendors are urged to review this package in detail before submitting their proposal. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Bid Security: No bid security required. Proposals are due February 22nd *Site will not allow a February due date, Please disregard the 3/1 Due Date Questions Submitted to the Authority Thursday, February 17, 2022 @ 2pm Performance and Payment Bonds for 100 percent of the Contract Sum payable to the Albany Parking Authority will be required as a condition of the award for contract. The Agreement will be written between the successful Bidder and the Albany Parking Authority. Note: All bidders to confirm Pre-bid Meeting attendance by February 09, 2022 at 12:00PM.
