Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes installation of RCP storm sewer of various size ranging from 12-inch to 68x106-inch, precast storm manholes and box structures of various size, storm sewer inlets, adjusting various sanitary and storm structures, water service relays, site restoration, erosion control, traffic control, and any other incidental items necessary to complete said work as shown on the Plans and these Specifications. The project also includes full depth removal and replacement of concrete pavement in roadways and driveways, and full depth removal and replacement of asphaltic pavement over rubblized concrete, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk and curb ramp removal and replacement, removal of storm sewer of various size and material, storm inlet removal, and storm manhole removal. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and must be accompanied by a contract and bid bond, a certified check, or a bank cashier's check, in the sum of five per cent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of Kenosha as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of contract. Should any bid be rejected, such check will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such check will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the contract and performance bond, the amount of the bid bond or check shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. The successful bidder shall be re-quired to furnish Worker's Compensa-tion and Liability Insurance as enumer-ated in the specifications. The City of Kenosha reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid considered most advanta-geous to the City of Kenosha.
