Solicitation no- G0210-2000012650 Purpose. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide and install one Air-Cooling Unit for the Minnesota Department of Corrections located at 1101 Linden Lane, Faribault, MN 55021. Responders need to complete the Attachment F: One Day Admittance Application and provide a copy of their driver's license via email to Karl Hunt by 2:00 PM on February 9, 2022. Responders that do not register and complete the required paperwork will not be allowed in the facility. Questions. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Erin Snaza at erin.snaza@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than February 17, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after February 17, 2022, the questions/clarifications due date and time.
