Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in South Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Proposers are responsible for verifying receipt of proposal. This project includes all labor, material, equipment, tools, and meetings necessary for removal of old roofing material and installation of new replacement roof materials on an occupied building per attached scope of work. A Bid Bond of 5% is required to accompany each bid. The construction contract requires insurance, performance and payment bonds, and E-Verify compliance, as outlined in the draft contract. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project, or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the owner and/or make reductions in or expand the scope of work. SLT0015664 PROJECT BACKGROUND This project replaces the aging rolled asphalt roof at The Columbus Center located at 2531 South 400 East in South Salt Lake. The scope includes keeping the existing rolled asphalt roof, sweeping off loose material, covering roof with insulation and membrane, replacing drip edge, pipe, curb flashings, and warranty of work.
