Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 105,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Bid proposals for the following Bid Packages are due 03A Complete Concrete Sub and Superstructures, 04A Masonry, 09A Drywall Assemblies, 09C Acoustical Assemblies, 12D Casework and Millwork, 22A Plumbing Systems, 23A HVAC Systems, 26A Electrical, 31A Complete Sitework Minority, Women and Small Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to participate. The project is a new 45 classroom elementary school and consists of an approximately 105,000 SQFT building, including 2-level classroom wings and 1-story for the common areas on approximately 11 acres at the corner of Executive Center Drive and Farm Pond Lane in Charlotte, NC. Bid Opening - Once the bidder has delivered their proposal, they will leave the bid drop off location to maintain social distancing. The reading of received, responsive proposal will take place via Microsoft Teams Live Event via the weblink below.
