Renovation of a transportation facility in Doraville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Doraville Station Roof Gutter Repairs and Replacement Lorraine Bell lbell@itsmarta.com (404)848-4107 General Scope of Work (SOW) Scope generally includes the gutter work at six (6)locations. T h r e e (3)at platform roof and three (3) at the bus canopy roof. Approximate length of all gutters is 1270 Linear Feet(LF). A. Clean and remove all trash and debris from the gutters. B. All gutter repair work must comply with Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning National Association (SMACNA) requirements. C. Inspect all gutter weld joints thoroughly and reseal with durable silicone sealant where necessary. D. Provide and install material needed to create water-tight seals around the existing drain penetrations in the gutters. E. Provide new stainless-steel wire mesh globe screens at all existing drains in gutters. F. Cut existing Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)overflow pipes to be two (2) inches above the drain locations. Provide stainless steel wire mesh globe screens around the overflow pipes. Any questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to MARTAs contact person, Lorraine Bell, Contract Specialist III via electronic mail at lbell@itsmarta.com, on or before 2:00pm (local time) on March 1, 2022. Questions submitted after the designated period will not be considered by MARTA.
