Reference number : 1567173 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non Sewer inspection and rehabilitation program Description of work Regulation 1643 The project that is the subject of this bid solicitation is, without limitation: This solicitation is for the rehabilitation (Lot 1) and CCTV inspection (Lot 2) for sanitary and storm sewer systems, including cleaning, reaming, sealing, sheathing and television inspection work on pipes and manholes identified in tender documents on various streets in the city. Each tender will be accompanied by a certified check, drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union, in favor of the City of Blainville, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the tender or a surety tender issued in favor of the City of Blainville for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the tender. Each tender must also be accompanied by a letter of intent from an insurance company authorized to operate in Quebec and certifying that the required bonds will be granted to the tenderer, in the event that the latter is chosen to carry out the work. The City of Blainville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
