The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bid proposals for Boiler Re-Tube at Waste Water Treatment Plant per specifications found in the bid document. Bidders who have questions on this project can contact Chuck Thompson, Maintenance Supervisor at (989) 759-1791. An original Bid Bond, Certified Check, Bank Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must be submitted with any bid in excess of $100,000. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities in the bid except those specifically mentioned in the sealed bid instructions.
