Pryor Public School District intends to award a contract for Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services for a qualified CM-AR consulting firm to participate in design and construction of an elementary school addition in Pryor, Montana. The selected firm will assist and coordinate with the Owner and JGA Architects, PC, in development and finalization of Design. Services include value engineering, cost estimating, and recommendations on materials, construction types and methods. Selected firm will also make recommendations and be responsible for sequencing and scheduling the construction phase. Anticipated completion date of the project is August 2022. CM-AR will be required to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and performance and payment bond for the entire project. The Project involves the delivery of an elementary school addition on the site that currently houses the Pryor High School and Phase 1 of the Arrow Creek Elementary School, and other related site improvements. The initial project parameters are as follows: 1. GSF of the proposed new facility is approximately 4,633 square feet. 2. The new facility will provide elementary school classrooms, a new library circulation space and an expansion of the Cafeteria and a concessions space and associated site improvements. 3. The construction budget as currently funded is $1.05 million. 4.
