No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the Mayor and Board of Trustees for a period of forty-five days after the scheduled time of closing bids. All bids shall be in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Village of Tinley Park, attention Clerk's Office. The name and address of the bidder and the name of the project shall also appear on the outside of the envelope. This work consists of cured-in-place sewer lining of an 18-inch diameter sanitary sewer and epoxy manhole lining. The project shall also include all sewer cleaning and televising, bypass pumping and all collateral work necessary to complete the work as specified.
