The proposed Work is officially known as the "City of Delavan Walnut St. Sewer Extension" and is further described as follows: The Project includes installation of approximately 390' of 8" gravity sewer along Walnut St. 1.02 TYPE OF BID A. Bids for the "City of Delavan Walnut St. Sewer Extension" will be received and preliminarily evaluated on a Unit Price basis. B. The OWNER reserves the right to evaluate alternate forms of contractual methodology. 1.03 TIME AND LOCATION FOR OPENING OF BIDS. No Bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Bids for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of closing Bids. 1.08 RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS A. The OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities, informalities, and to reject any and all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, award shall be made to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the unit cost bid.
