GDOT is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization (s) to provide Consultant Services for Drainage Asset Inventory & Inspection (DAII) Services. The Consultant shall provide engineering services to implement and deliver the Drainage Asset Inventory & Inspection (DAII) Program for the Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT) Office of Maintenance. The Consultant shall serve as technical and administrative extension of GDOT's Office of Maintenance to provide management, administration, inspection and design services as required for GDOT compliance with applicable department, state and federal requirements. GDOT reserves the right to modify all information provided in this PNA in the forth-coming RFQ at its sole discretion. From the advertisement date of this Public Notice Announcement, through the posting of the RFQ, until successful respondents are selected and the award is made official and announced, firms are not allowed to communicate about this PNA/RFQ Solicitation or scope with any staff of GDOT including the Commissioner and GDOT Board Members, except for the submission of questions as instructed in the upcoming Request for Qualifications, with the contact designated in the PNA/RFQ or as provided by any existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent.
